Shipments and Returns
Your shipments
Packages are generally dispatched within 2-5 hours after receipt of payment and are shipped via Pathao Parcel for inside Dhaka City and Shundarban with tracking for outside Dhaka deliveries.
Shundarban deliveries are not available on Friday's. If an order is place on Thursday evening or Friday, we will deposit it during the next working day, Saturday.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling and shipping fees are fixed in accordance with courier rates and may change at any time with or without notice.
We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
